ABOUT:

Reporting to the Associate Operations Manager, APEX Mobile is currently seeking an experienced Digital Account Manager to join our growing team. As part of the APEX Mobile team, the candidate will have the opportunity to collaboratively shape the future of a leading mobile advertising company.

 

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Account Manager is responsible for providing pre-sales planning support and for the successful execution of booked campaigns for a territory of agency and direct accounts. This entails:

  • Communicating with the Account Executive & client to ensure that the campaign strategy, goals, performance KPIs and reporting requirements are understood.

  • Provide pre-sales support on RFP responses, including proposal development, inventory avails check and strategy development

  • Insertion Orders - Generate IOs and IO revisions as required, submit to the client for approval and signature

  • Campaign Management – Liaise with account management & ad operations teams at the publisher level to ensure that each campaign is set up and trafficked correctly based on KPIs and reporting requirements.

  • Closely monitor campaigns on a consistent basis and make adjustments as required.

  • Reporting - Create and submit regular delivery reports and post-campaign reports to the client which include thoughtful insights and analytics

  • Creative Build Management – work with agency team and Apex creative design team to project manage the design and build of custom creative ad units

  • Point of contact for all client communication on live campaigns, ensuring proactive and constructive communication with clients

  • Work with Ad Operations to optimize campaigns, troubleshoot technical challenges and find creative solutions to achieve campaign goals

  • Support the Finance Department as required to ensure smooth billing and/or invoice reconciliation

  • Represent APEX Mobile at industry events, conferences and other social events

Experience & Background:

  • 1-3 years of experience in digital media, ideally in a planning, strategy or account management role.

  • Strong listening, communication (oral and written) skills and service driven expertise.

  • Must have high capacity and the ability to multi-task multiple initiatives with attention to detail.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and organize numerous demands with a quick turnaround.

  • Outstanding computer skills including strong knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Friendly and helpful manner, with an excellent customer focused attitude.

  • Good head for figures with excellent analytical approach to your work.

  • Exceptional analytic and strategic thinking skills.

  • Strategic acumen in your approach to building and growing long term business partnerships across brands and their partners.

  • Problem identifier and solver.
