ABOUT:

Reporting to the CEO and President, APEX Mobile is currently seeking an experienced digital Campaign Operations Specialist to join our growing team. As part of the APEX Mobile team, the candidate will have the opportunity to collaboratively shape the future of a leading mobile advertising company.

The Campaign Operations Specialist is responsible for providing day-to-day technical and analytical support with a key focus on campaign trafficking, reporting and analytics, and coordinating other digital campaign- specific tasks as required. The COS will work alongside the account management team and liaise with external partners as required.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support executions of digital marketing campaigns in various demand-side platforms, including, but not limited to, campaign set up, ad trafficking, audience insights and automated report generation as required

  • Provide recommendations on tactics, audiences, placements and pacing for all campaigns

  • Facilitate and maintain regular check-ins with Account Management team to guide and oversee

    performance, pacing and general campaign management

  • Assist in troubleshooting campaign delivery and pacing issues; support the team in addressing

    immediate issues

    EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND:

  • 1-3 years of digital marketing experience from either agency, vendor or client side, ideally in an ad operations role

  • Demonstrated experience in media buying platforms, ad serving and relationship management

  • Experience in demand side and analytics platforms, third-party ad serving and data providers, and

    experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)

  • Strong listening, communication (oral and written) skills and service driven expertise

  • Must have high capacity and the ability to multi-task multiple initiatives with attention to detail

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and organize numerous demands with quick

    turnaround

  • Outstanding computer skills including strong knowledge of Excel

  • Friendly and helpful manner, with an excellent customer focused attitude.

  • Exceptional analytic and strategic thinking skills.
